This day will be spent discovering traditional Japanese Reiki meditations as well as related meditation practices from other Japanese spiritual traditions.

All of these practices aim to take you deeper into your own journey, supporting you in becoming a better practitioner and teacher.

Each meditation will not only be discussed in detail, but also applied in 30 minutes meditation sessions.

To learn about meditation you actually have to experience it and that is what the Reiki Meditation Day is all about.

For the last 12 years Frans Stiene has researched the Japanese cultural and philosophical influences on the system of Reiki. Frans is able to teach esoteric Japanese practices with integrity and a personal wisdom that has originated from his own experiences with these practices.

Your Teacher, Frans Stiene

Frans Stiene is a Senior Reiki Teacher and researcher at the International House of Reiki. He teaches and gives talks annually in North America, Europe, Australia and occasionally Asia. Frans is the co-founder of the International House of Reiki with his wife, Bronwen, with whom he also wrote such critically acclaimed books as The Reiki Sourcebook and The Japanese Art of Reiki.
